RETURNS
Should it be necessary to return defective products please note the following:
The product must be returned with all original packaging materials.
Before returning an item, please contact us by emailing us at sales@eluxestore.com with a brief reason for return. We will then email you authorization and instructions for return. Returns must be sent prepaid and insured for the for full price paid by a carrier such as UPS, Federal Express or the United States Post Office that can be tracked.
 
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return the unused item(s) with all warranty papers, cases in their original condition and with all original packaging and labels within 7days for a credit, shipping not included. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and product inspection.
 
EXCHANGES
If you choose to exchange the item(s), please return the unused product(s) with all warranty papers, cases in their original condition and with all original packaging within 7 days. Product(s) can be exchanged for equal or greater valued items only. You will not be charged the 15% restocking fee.
Eluxestore.com is not responsible for customer’s shipping fees for returns or exchanges that you may have acquired returning the product back to Eluxestore.com.
